How are you my friends ? I`m fine here . I hear that you have many problems . I hope you are still okay even though you have the big problems in your life . As a teenagers , I also have the problems in my life . So , the most important things to solve the problems you should think positives and make sure you get the successful future .

So , there are many actions that you should practice in your life to prevent from depression . Firstly you should think positive that I told you before . It is because when you are in positive mind . Your mind will be freely and was not anything that happened to you .

Secondly , you should always smile even you have the big problems in your life . In fact , when you smile always you will be happy and your tension will be lost . Besides that , the smiles is exercise . It will connect to your brain and it will intellectual brain . In Islam , the smile is charity . So , I hope you smiles always .

Finally , you should hover with god , In fact , when someone who in depression they will kill themselves . I don t want you be like that .So i hope , you always pray to the god . Insya ` Allah . The god is already sure help you .

So , I hope you take this advice and practice it in your life and don`t be give up . Make sure you have a goal in your life to be success.

Essay : stress

Pressure or stress is any kind of change that cause strain physically,emotionally, and psychologist. It is a normal for the each peoples. All the peoples have the stress and pressure which are in work , family , future and others.


Stress are mental and physically . Its due to the main happen in the life such as , sick , death of our loves , expectation in the work place , bankrupt , or the change that we cannot expect. Then the stress can affect the health , wellness , energy , intelligence and profesional relationship.So , there are many action to prevent from stress that can people practise.

When the peoples are on stress. They should need do the breathing exercise . This excercise good for the human body who are in stress. It can control the human body from do the unxpected else . It also can soothe aching muscle and relaxing the minds . The breathing exercise can be made anywhere and its will brings the postive impact immeditely. So , the peoples whom are always in stress. They are should do this daily.

Besides that , the peoples whom are in stress need to meditation . They are need meditation at the silent places and does not need the sound nearby . It will make the brain relaxing . So , the peoples who are in stress need to spend at least fifteen minutes to meditate.

Furthermore , the massaging can also reduce the stress. This method can reduce the heart rate and relieve the body . It also increased the intelligence of the minds. So , find the friends and service massage to help you.

Music therapy also good for the peoples whom are in stress . The approciate music can reduce the blood pressure , relieves the body and calms the minds . So , the people whom are in stress need to choose the light music and with it everday .Warning ! dont choose the heavy music. It will make the minds be complicated .

So , many ways to handle the stress such as play with the kids , swimming at the beach , sleep eight hours every night , and watched the comedy movie or read the commics . Accordings to medical expert humour and laughter relieve the muscles, increase energy levels , reducing blood pressure and refresh the respiratory sytem and blood. So,do this ways when you are in stress.

Essay : power oft time..

It is udinable that time is very valuable and cannot be bought with money . Every time has passed . The time will never come back . So , the people and especially students should be appreciate to the time and use it for a good job.


The students task is to learn at the school , home and university. In the process of knowledge , The students should be clever to arranged the time for study and play the sports. If the students are learn everyday without break. They will be the stress and tired because too much knowledge to be received within a period of time. So , the way to solve the problems , the students should learn about 3 to 4 hours and then take the rest to englithen the mind and brain to release any stress.

Than learning and lesuire , the students should spend their leisure time with their family or friends. This will allows the students exchange ideas or discuss the problems with family members and trusted friends. So , the problem encountered may be resolved easily and quickly and will not intefere the students studies.

Besides that , the students should good at time managment by do the daily schedule. This is to ensure all the activities planned can be carried out in accordance time. This method can also help them to save time in as well to ensure the time is not wasted.

Furthermore , to ensure the human in healthy body . The students should have a sufficient time to sleep . According to health expert , each people should sleep 8 hours in a day to ensure the healthy body. So , the students should good at time managment . All time used should be benefical.

The clever students are good at time managment are big possesion to succes in future life. Always remember to yourself that " time is gold " . So use the time to as possible.

The article that i had read is about fast food for human body and life. The fast foods are very popular around the people especially tenaggers . The fast food are usually sold at the Mac Donald , KFC , Pizza Hut and others .

I choose this article because i like to eat fast food and i want to know the benefit of fast fast food for human body and life . I know that the fast food is not good for human body and should be reduce for eat it.So , for this article , there are many advantages and disadvantages of fast food that can i know.

So , the advantages of fast food for this article are , when the peoples who return from the work . They must tired and hungry. So , the fast food is the best choice which are they can eat. Besides that , the fast food is good for the busy person who have many work. They do not have spend their time at the kitchen and just only buy the fast food at the restaurant. Furthermore , the fast food is very cheaper than the meal prepared in the kitchen especially who are lives alone. for the information that the fast foods are not good for human body , but you can find the healthier fast foods at the restaurant . Salads are a smart choices . Besides that , you should choose the fruit juices , low fat milk and soda and avoid to drink the carbonic drinks.

So , the disadvantages of fast foods is the adverse effect on the human health . It is a fact that the fast food is not good for human body than the home cooked - meals . They contain the amount of salt , fats and calories . It will makes the person get the obesity diabetis and high pressure . In fact , the person who live nearby the restaurant of fast food are easily to get the stroke than the peoples who live distance away. Besides that , when there are many restaurant of fast food was build . the tennagers are usually hang out there with friends than eat together with family members.

So , on my opinion , i aggre of this article because the fast food have many advantages and disadvantages for human life.

The conlusion for this article , we can take the fast food but should reduce for eat it .Eat at the home cooked meal is better than fast food because there are more healthier.
