Pressure or stress is any kind of change that cause strain physically,emotionally, and psychologist. It is a normal for the each peoples. All the peoples have the stress and pressure which are in work , family , future and others.
Stress are mental and physically . Its due to the main happen in the life such as , sick , death of our loves , expectation in the work place , bankrupt , or the change that we cannot expect. When the peoples are on stress. They should need do the breathing exercise . This excercise good for the human body who are in stress. It can control the human body from do the unxpected else . Music therapy also good for the peoples whom are in stress . The approciate music can reduce the blood pressure , relieves the body and calms the minds . So , the people whom are in stress need to choose the light music and with it everday .Warning ! dont choose the heavy music. It will make the minds be complicated .
So , many ways to handle the stress such as play with the kids , swimming at the beach , sleep eight hours every night , and watched the comedy movie or read the commics . Accordings to medical expert humour and laughter relieve the muscles, increase energy levels , reducing blood pressure and refresh the respiratory sytem and blood.
